Why did Lucifer rebel?

The reason for Lucifer’s rebellion is never explicitly revealed, but showrunners Joe Henderson and Ildy Modrovich have confirmed that it was because God refused to accept him as his son. In fact, before he fell, Lucifer believed he was destined to be more than just an angel. He believes he could have been God’s equal, as well as his lover. When God refused to see him as anything more than a servant, Lucifer rebelled.

What happened in Heaven?

Lucifer’s story was intriguing, as he appears on Earth as an influential business owner in Los Angeles while secretly running Lux (the hottest nightclub in town) to serve his own ends. The police department values Lucifer’s knowledge and insight, but they also have suspicions about what Lucifer is really up to. Eventually, Lucifer’s lust for power takes over and forces him to confront God once again.

Different types of angels

There are three types of angels according to religious texts. The first, seraphim, are closest to God and represent his will. Cherubim possess intelligence, wisdom and knowledge. Angels use their intellect as messengers from God to his people; they communicate God’s word in a consistent manner for a variety of different situations.

Origins of Angels and Demons

Where do angels and demons come from? Why does God care about humanity when there are entire worlds of beings that aren’t even human in creation? What about hell? Is it real or metaphorical? In our third episode, co-creators Tom Kapinos and Jerry Bruckheimer discuss Lucifer Morningstar’s origin story and how it ties into events that took place before and after humanity.

Are humans considered immortal?

Yes, although you’re more likely to live for a long time before you die. The average lifespan in America is about 78 years, and there are a number of factors that will affect how long you live, such as genetics and lifestyle. For example, smoking cigarettes can shorten your life by decades (yes, really). Exercise can do a lot to add years to your life.

Will there be world peace on Earth?

There will never be world peace, because there will always be something that one person can’t agree on with another. That doesn’t mean people can’t get along or that there can’t be some sort of peace between two groups. But there will always be conflict and controversy somewhere in our world.
