Wrath of Man follows Sam, the former military platoon leader of a group of men who were abducted and experimented on in an underground government facility. Sam must find his soldiers to warn them that they have been infected with the virus, without revealing that he himself has been infected as well, or else he will be held responsible for the destruction they will cause once they find out the truth. Raúl Castillo portrays Sam in this dark, action-packed thriller. He spoke with us about his character’s motivations and more, just ahead of the film’s release on January 11th. The American soldier – an archetype

There are few things more American than the soldier. They are the embodiment of our ideals – brave, strong, and patriotic. They put their lives on the line for our country and ask for nothing in return. Raúl Castillo’s character Sam is all of these things and more. He’s a man who has seen war and come out the other side scarred but not broken.

Though he’s able to get his men out alive, the experience takes a toll on him and he begins to question whether or not he’s cut out for this line of work. Back at home, his wife Rebecca tries to help him through it but it’s clear that something has changed in him.

Break Point

I was recently given the opportunity to watch Wrath of Man, a new action movie starring Raúl Castillo. I wasn’t familiar with his work prior to this, but I was impressed with his performance in this film. He played a former military platoon leader who is now working for a private security firm. The film follows his character as he is hired to protect a large cash delivery from robbers. The action in the film is non-stop and very intense. I would definitely recommend this movie to fans of action movies.
