Tasha St. Patrick (Naturi Naughton) is the deceased wife of James Ghost St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick) and the mother of their three children. Angela Valdes (Lela Loren) is Ghost’s former lover and the Assistant U.S. Attorney investigating him. Tommy Egan (Joseph Sikora) is Ghost’s best friend and business partner. In fact, he was my first choice when I was writing the script. Steven is a savvy lawyer and member of LaKeisha’s (La La Anthony) inner circle. He’s always looking out for her best interests and is fiercely loyal to her. He’ll do whatever it takes to protect her, even if it means breaking the law. Feuerstein is best known for his work on Royal Pains and Suits. La La Anthony has been seen in Think Like a Man Too, Beyond the Lights, Ride Along 2, Everything Before Us and Love & Hip Hop Hollywood. She also starred in Ballers with Dwayne Johnson. Sung Kang Portrays John Mak
Sung Kang is an American actor best known for his role as Han Seoul-Oh in The Fast and the Furious franchise. He’ll be appearing in Power Book II: Ghost as John Mak, a fixer for the Chinese mob. Though his character is only set to appear in a few episodes, we’re sure he’ll make a big impression. We don’t know much about what he’s doing on the show, but you can expect him to show up whenever there are any problems with Korean gangs or China-based corporations.
Sherri Saum Portrays Paula Matarazzo
Paula is Tasha’s attorney and one of her closest confidantes. She’s fiercely loyal to her clients, which is why she agreed to represent Tasha in her murder trial. Paula has a sharp tongue and isn’t afraid to use it, whether she’s in the courtroom or out. Although she doesn’t always see eye-to-eye with Tasha, she’s always looking out for her best interests. You can’t help but root for Paula, even when she’s up against some tough odds. Like any good lawyer, she also knows how to play dirty by occasionally withholding key information from other attorneys that could affect their case. It’s this tenacity that helps get Tasha off the hook for killing Bennett Baker Jr., but not before we learn that Paula wasn’t on Bennett Baker Sr.’s side either!
Shalim Ortiz Portrays Danilo Ramirez
Shalim Ortiz joined the cast of Power Book II: Ghost as Danilo Ramirez, a drug lord from Cuba. Ortiz is best known for his roles in The Expendables 2 and Fast & Furious 6. He has also appeared in episodes of CSI: Miami and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Ortiz will next be seen in the films Sabotage with Arnold Schwarzenegger and The Other Woman with Cameron Diaz.
Lightskin Keisha Portrays BruShandria Carmichael
Keisha is a model and actress from Queens, New York. Carmichael is a smart and ambitious law student who catches the eye of Tariq (Michael Rainey Jr.). She becomes his study partner and they quickly develop feelings for each other. However, their relationship is complicated by the fact that Keisha is also sleeping with Tariq’s father, James Ghost St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick). Chelle is Tasha’s best friend and acts as her confidante throughout the show. She is loyal to a fault and always has Tasha’s back, no matter what. Chelle is played by Brittani Tucker, who you may recognize from her work on shows like Blue Bloods and The Good Wife. Jimmy Saito is a Japanese-American actor who has guest-starred on shows like Hawaii Five-0, Magnum P.I., and The Last Resort. He’ll be appearing as Chef Eric Kamura on Power Book II: Ghost. Chef Eric is the head chef at La Arboleda, a high-end restaurant in Manhattan. He’s a talented chef with a temper, and he’s been known to butt heads with his boss, Teresa Keaton (played by Lisa Vidal).
Jeff Hephner Portrays Kevin Whitman
Jeff Hephner stars as Kevin Whitman, a former love interest of Tasha’s who resurfaces in her life. He is a charming and successful businessman, but he has a dark side that Tasha is unaware of. Lahmard Tate Portrays Kamaal Tate
Kamaal is a recurring character on Power Book II: Ghost. He is the estranged husband of Tasha St. Patrick (Naturi Naughton) and the father of Tariq St. Patrick (Michael Rainey Jr.). Kamaal is a drug dealer who is trying to go legit by opening a barbershop. However, his past catches up with him when he faces charges for a crime that he did not commit. Tariq helps him escape from jail only to find out that his partner in crime had set him up all along. The betrayal leaves Kamaal broken-hearted and homeless until Tariq gives him an ultimatum – leave or die!

Gbenga Akinnagbe Portrays Ron Samuel Jenkins aka RSJ
Ron is a dirty lawyer who does whatever it takes to get his clients what they want – even if that means breaking the law. He’s smart, he’s ruthless, and he’s not someone you want to cross. Akinnagbe is best known for his role as Chris Partlow on The Wire. He has also appeared in Treme, The Purge, Children of Men, Dredd 3D and other movies.
He will be appearing in this summer’s big blockbuster Avengers: Age of Ultron.
Kyle Vincent Terry Portrays Obi
Kyle Vincent Terry is an American actor, best known for his role as Obi on Power Book II: Ghost. He has also appeared in episodes of Blue Bloods, The Following, and The Blacklist. Originally from Virginia, Kyle now resides in New York City. Kyle attended high school at Boys’ Latin School of Maryland and then went on to study theater at Northwestern University.
Caroline Chikezie Portrays Noma
Noma is Tasha’s closest friend and confidante. She’s loyal, supportive, and always has Tasha’s back – even when Tasha is making some questionable choices. Caroline Chikezie brings warmth and heart to the role, making Noma a fan-favorite character. In Season 1, she was hesitant about Tasha’s budding relationship with Raina, but eventually supported her decision. The sisters have grown closer in Season 2 as they deal with their father moving out. As an older sister myself, I love seeing these two characters on screen together!
Lauren Vélez Portrays Evelyn Castillo

He’s also a ladies’ man, and he’s not afraid to use his charm to get what he wants. After Ghost betrayed him, Tommy went on his own, and he’s been running his own drug empire ever since. He’s smart, ruthless, and dangerous, and he’s not someone you want to cross.
Denim Roberson Portrays Cash Grant
Denim is one of the new stars of Power Book II: Ghost, playing the role of Cash Grant. Cash is a student at Stansfield University who becomes involved with Tariq (Michael Rainey Jr.) and his friends. 50 Cent Portrays Kanan Stark
Curtis 50 Cent Jackson is an American rapper, actor, producer, and entrepreneur. He rose to fame with his 2003 album Get Rich or Die Tryin’, which sold over 10 million copies worldwide. 50 Cent has since starred in such films as Home of the Brave (2006), Righteous Kill (2008), and Spy Game (2011). He makes his return to television in Power Book II: Ghost as Kanan Stark, a drug lord with a dark past. Kanan returns to the hood and is immediately confronted by the Ghosts led by Dre who are gunning for him. Kanan knows that he can’t take on all of them at once so he heads for ____ _____ where he gets his old crew together and they make their way back into town. They arrive at Haifa’s _____ __ where they’re quickly confronted by Dre’s gang.
Alani “La La” Anthony Portrays LaKeisha Grant
Alani La La Anthony is an American actress, model, television host, producer, and businesswoman. She guest-starred as LaKeisha Grant in two episodes of Power in 2014. In 2020, she began starring as Keisha in the Power spin-off series, Power Book II: Ghost. Her character is a single mother and loyal friend to Tasha St. Patrick (Naturi Naughton). She also has a relationship with Benny Brown (Robert Ri’chard) who works at one of her mom’s restaurants.
La La has also starred in several films including Step Up 3D and Baby Boy.
She was nominated for the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Actress in a Television Movie, Mini-Series or Dramatic Special for her performance on Power and BET Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for her role on Power.
Marcus Callender Portrays Raymond “Ray Ray” Walker
Raymond Ray Ray Walker is a former enforcer for the St. Patrick family who was recently released from prison. He is now working as a bodyguard for Tasha St. Patrick. Callender first appeared in the show’s pilot episode and has been a recurring character throughout the series. In Episode 10, he had his finger cut off by an unknown attacker and has not been seen since.
According to IMDB, Marcus Callender only made two appearances on the show, which were episodes 1 and 10.
Jerry Ferrara Portrays Joseph Proctor
Jerry Ferrara is an American actor and producer best known for his role as Turtle on the HBO series Entourage. He’ll be appearing in Power Book II: Ghost as Joseph Proctor, a dirty lawyer who does whatever it takes to win.
