It’s been nearly three years since his final appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but by the time Captain America: Civil War has ended, you’ll miss him. Captain America has had many friends over the years, but if you think about it, he’s had only one best friend, and that friend was Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan). At least until Winter Soldier came around and revealed that James Buchanan Barnes was alive all along. Patrick Sabongui as Steve: Hello, Goodbye, and Everything In Between

The best role I have ever played

I don’t think I could have asked for a better role than Steve. He was so complex and interesting, and I loved getting to explore all of his different sides. From his awkward interactions with the other characters to his touching goodbye scene,

I was able to really sink my teeth into this role and make it my own. I’m so grateful to the writers for creating such a rich character, and to the director for giving me the opportunity to play him. What’s more, I’m thankful to the fans who tuned in every week to watch and offer their thoughts on what they saw. Their feedback made me want to do my best work possible each time we filmed an episode. And it helped that they gave us pizza!

I also owe a huge thanks to my wife, kids, friends, family and co-workers who supported me through thick and thin over these six years. They’re what got me through some tough times (like when ABC initially decided not to pick up our show).

Steve is one of those roles that you’ll never forget–whether you were happy or sad or angry when he left. But he will always be in our hearts!

Eva Day as Riley

It’s been a little over a year since we said goodbye to Riley on Pretty Little Liars, and I still can’t get over it. I was a huge fan of the show, and she was one of my favorite characters. I loved her relationship with Emily, and I thought she was so brave for coming out. She was such an important part of the show, and she will be missed. I feel like she deserves more recognition than just saying goodbye- like maybe some kind of tribute or acknowledgement from ABC Family or from people who were fans of the show.

She should have had at least one final scene that wasn’t shown on TV, something to say good bye- like a video diary where she talked about how much she’ll miss everyone. A lot of people want to know what happened to her, but there’s nothing! I wish there was some closure for Riley fans…

The final episode didn’t give us any closure at all, it felt unfinished- like they left something out intentionally because they knew we would care more if they left something open ended.
