Episode 1:
Patrick, a personal trainer from Hawaii, was the first contestant eliminated on this season of Too Hot to Handle. This show requires each contestant to walk barefoot along a wooden plank that gets hotter with every step. Patrick took his time, carefully assessing how hot it was with each stride. The plank got hotter and hotter until finally he jumped off after 30 seconds of walking.
Meet Patrick Mullen
Patrick Mullen, a 25-year-old real estate agent from Virginia, was eliminated in the fifth episode of the new show. Patrick had been living a fairly carefree life and did not want to commit himself to his future. When he reached a climactic point in the show, however, Patrick changed his mind and made a big decision that would change his future.

Patrick Mullen walked after being voted off the show. Prior to his elimination, he chose the group date option in week two and spent time with Rebecca Campbell and Aubrey Abernathy. Then, in week three, he had an awkward date with Ashley Pedrick.

It’s been more than two months since season 3 of ‘Too Hot to Handle’ was aired, and yet the Internet still buzzes with talks about Patrick Mullen and his elimination. While some have openly speculated that he didn’t actually walk after all, but was somehow instructed by production staff to leave the show. Meet Jaz Holloway
I didn’t have time to get caught up. I would’ve liked to have gone farther, but that’s how the show goes. I am grateful for the experience and it is an honor just being a part of it. Unfortunately I had to leave my friends and family back home in Virginia when I came out here so it was hard not having them here with me. It has been really great meeting all these people from around the world as well as learning about their culture and background.

Jaz is from Virginia, USA. The early rounds in the competition seemed to be tough for him. In episode 5, he was eliminated because he could not handle the temperature of -4 degrees Fahrenheit (-20 degrees Celsius). But before that happened, he did manage to make it as far as episode 8 and walked off the show due to injury.
He had been dealing with two stress fractures during his time in the competition.
How old is Jaz Holloway?
In Episode 1, Jaz is 25 years old and from Virginia. He believes he is a good looking guy with a great personality but doesn’t have what it takes to be a model. In Episode 2, we get to know more about how Jaz feels about himself as a person which helps us understand him better, and in Episode 5, we see his elimination.

Meet Robert “Truth” DuVaun
Robert Truth DuVaun, age 23, is a truck driver from Texas. He’s the youngest of three children and works as an exterminator on the side. Truth shares that he dropped out of school at age 17 due to emotional instability and bullying but never stopped reading, studying, or striving for success. His favorite book is Stephen King’s Misery.
Truth was eliminated in week 5.
Did Jaz and Truth get together?
They had fun together, laughed and played games with one another, but Truth didn’t feel he had a strong connection with her. Eventually, the two of them started kissing and got close to having sex. But the cameras were rolling and there was nowhere for him to go. That’s when he decided it was time for him to leave because being intimate in front of the cameras is not his thing.

Patrick Mullen walked out of the competition when he couldn’t handle the heat any longer and just last week, after finishing eighth in her first dance challenge, Jasmine confirmed that she will be going home too. Meanwhile, it’s already been announced that Texas native Truth has taken a break from his music career for now.

Episode 6 – The last night in Playa Del Carmen:
Robert and Jaz’s battle is next, both of them on the hot seat. They will have their partner, Truth, but they’ll be blindfolded and not know what task they are doing. The first couple in their lane will head over to the mats, take off their shoes and socks and step onto a series of wires that cross the mats.
These were the best and worst moments from Episodes 7-8.
Truth was eliminated after a close lip-sync, with Truth choosing not to reappear and lose the competition. In addition, Jaz was eliminated from the show after receiving very little fan support following her unfavourable track record of performance. Despite this, Patrick managed to make it through another episode by proving himself worthy in order to advance and make it one step closer towards the cash prize!
Recap of All the Contestants Season So Far
On the show, contestants work as a team and live together in the same house where their sanity is constantly pushed to the limit as they are subjected to treacherous conditions day after day. In episode 1 of this season, Robert truth Duvaun, Jarrod Browning and Jaz Holloway left in episode 8 because they weren’t able to get along. Patrick Mullen walked because he didn’t feel comfortable living with people who were exploiting human beings for profit.
